Celebrando os 7 Chakras ~ Oficina de Dança do Ventre / Celebrating the 7 Chakras ~ Bellydance Class

Como parte da programação da Festa do Fim do Mundo, de 21 a 23 de Dezembro (sexta-domingo, no Osho Pankaj Meditation Center (Sapucaia, RJ), estarei ministrando novamente essa oficina. Uma oportunidade de se conectar com a energia feminina de celebração, vitalidade e criatividade através desta dança milenar. Alongamento, uma coreografia completa com movimentos de dança do ventre para cada um dos 7 Chakras, técnicas de meditação e relaxamento - para expressarmos com liberdade e consciência a dimensão feminina que existe dentro de nós. Todos são bem-vindos, e não é necessária nenhuma experiência anterior com Dança do Ventre.

As part of the "End of the World Party" weekend arts and meditation programme for december 21 to 23, at Osho Pankaj Meditation Center (Sapucaia, RJ, Brazil), I will be giving this workshop again. An opportunity to connect with the feminine celebrative energy, vitality and creativity through this millennial dance. Stretching, a complete coreography with bellydance movements - one for each Chakra - meditation and relaxation techniques, to help us express with freedom and consciousness the feminine dimension there is inside us. All level dancers are welcome to this class.

Osheanic International Festival 2012 / Festival Internacional Osheanic 2012

From September 25 to 29 I visited Osheanic International, in Fortaleza - Ceará, Brazil, with my friends in the Osho band. Beloved Milarepa and Nivedano met again after 7 years and we were fortunate enough to be onstage with them, playing at the Evening Meetings while we were there. And suddenly there was much more to that moment than the music. Together with Ma Bodigita and other musician friends, we were 12 people palying together - 12 hearts beating together to create the music for celebration and meditation. Some time ago I would never had imagined myself singing in a band. Before May this year I had never imagined being part of an Osho Band. I never imagined playing with so many good musicians. Life is truly unexpected! So much love and gratitude!

De 25 a 29 de Setembro eu visitei a Osheanic International, em Fortaleza, CE, com meus amigos da Osho band. Os amados Milarepa e Nivedano se reencontraram após 7 anos e nós fomos afortunados o suficiente para estar no palco com eles, tocando nos Evening Meetings enquanto nós estivemos lá. E de repente, havia muito mais naquele momento do que apenas a música. Junto a Ma Bodigita e outros amigos músicos, nós éramos 12 pessoas no palco tocando juntas - 12 corações batendo juntos para criar música para celebrar e meditar. Eu nunca me imaginei cantando numa banda. Nunca me imaginei sendo parte de uma Osho Band. E nunca imaginei estar lado a lado com tantos músicos desse gabarito. A vida é realmente imprevisível! tanto amor e gratidão!

Osho Band

This Osho Band was created attending beloved Nivedano`s request to play at the Evening Meetings during the Osho International Festival in Brasil this year, at Alto Paraíso - Goiás. The band was born at Osho Pankaj Meditation Center near Rio, during the Osho Festival "This Very Body the Buddha", in June, when I introduced Nivedano to my musician friends. Music has been a tradition of the center since its beggining in the 80`s. In the picture above, the band rehearsing during luchtime at the festival, organized by Osho Brasil Meditation Festivals. This band also represents the comeback of our beloved Maestro and friend to the music of the world of Osho after 20 years. Yahoo!!

Esta Osho Band foi formada atendendo a um pedido do amado Nivedano para tocar nos Evening Meetings durante o Osho Festival Internacional no Brasil esse ano, em Alto Parasíso, Goiás. A banda nasceu no Osho Pankaj Centro de Meditação, perto do Rio, no Osho Festival "This Very Body the Buddha", em Junho, quando apresentei a Nivedano meus amigos músicos. A música sempre foi uma tradição do centro desde o seu começo, na década de 80. Na foto acima, a banda ensaia durante o horário de almoço no festival organizado pela Osho Brasil Festivais de Meditação. As a staff member at the Osho International Festival in Brasil,at Alto Paraíso, Goiás, for the first time I felt that I really shared the many things I love. Working only with the Arts: as a producer and a singer/musician with the Osho Band, and giving the Heart Dance with the Osho Pankaj team, and also Yoga, Painting, Theatre and Bellydance. Osho Festival "This Very Body the Buddha" - Jun/2012

During the Osho Festival "This Very Body the Buddha" (Corpus Christi holliday) our friend Nivedano came over to Osho Pankaj to meet our team and play together during the Evening Meetings. We also had the opportunity to participate in the Oshoba Celebration Workshop, in which the rhythm Samba is taken to a meditative level. Suuddenly, the music stops and Haiku helps bring us here and now. Also, for the first time, we had delighful live drums at the Bellydance Class!

Durante o Osho Festival "This Very Body the Buddha" no feriado de Corpus Christi nosso amigo Nivedano veio ao Osho Pankaj para conhecer a nossa equipe e tocar juntos nos Evening Meetings. Também tivemos a oportunidade de participar do Workshop Oshoba Celebration, no qual o ritmo samba é levado ao nível da meditação. De repente, a música pára, e Haikus ajudam a nos trazer para o aqui-agora. Também, pela primeira vez, tivemos lindíssimos tambores ao vivo na classe de Dança do Ventre!

Osho Easter Festival 2012 / Osho Festival de Páscoa 2012

This year`s Easter hollidays I spent at the Festival in Osho Pankaj. After Carnival`s ecstatic explosion, this time my experience was much more about staying centered and down to earth. Our first experiment with work as meditation as part of the activities during the day was great - I really love it when the bell sounds and everything stops...then, only breathing, and consciousness of the Hara. Also, from this came the idea of including photography as part of the work as meditation chores and the lovely pictures by Luciana Mesquita were our first attempt on Zen Photography.

Esse ano o feriado de Páscoa passei num Festival no Osho Pankaj. Depois da explosão de êxtase do Carnaval, dessa vez minha experiência foi muito mais de centramento e aterramento. Nossa primeira experiência com o trabalho como meditação sendo parte das atividades diurnas foi ótima - eu realmente amei quando o sino toca e tudo pára...então, apenas a respiração, e consciência do Hara. também partiu daí a idéia de incluir a fotografia como parte do trabalho como meditação, e o lindo trabalho de Luciana Mesquita foi nossa primeira tentativa de Fotografia Zen.

Osho 2012 Carnival Festival / Osho Festival de Carnaval 2012

My 2012 Carnival was probably the best Carnival experience I`ve ever had. The Osho Festival at Osho Pankaj Meditation Center was great. The freedom and the sensual atmosfere of Carnival were there, but also much consciousness thought meditation, which lead me to a feeling of extasy I had never felt before. And I found out that extasy is an overwhelming, overflowing Love.

Meu Carnaval 2012 foi provavelmente o melhor carnaval da minha vida. O Osho Festival de Carnaval no Osho Pankaj foi fantástico. A liberdade e a atmosfera sensual do Carnaval estavam lá, mas também a consciência através das meditações, o que me levou a um sentimento de êxtase que eu nunca havia sentido antes. E eu descobri que o êxtase nada mais é do que um Amor em abundância, fluindo livremente.

Osho 2012 New Year Festival / Osho Festival de Reveillon 2012

The 2012 Osho New Year Festival at Osho Pankaj, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil was my first experience at an Osho Festival. It was a gathering of about 20 people, small but very heart warming, in which we meditated during the day, celebrated in the night, close to nature and among friends. And also a personal opportunity to overcome many limitations I had in relating and sharing with people no matter what.

O Osho Festival de Reveillon 2012 no Osho Pankaj, no estado do Rio de Janeiro, foi minha primeira experiência num Osho festival. Foi uma reunião de cerca de 20 pessoas, pequena, mas muito receptiva, na qual meditamos durante o dia e celebramos à noite, junto à natureza e entre amigos. E também uma oportunidade pessoal para superar muitas limitações minhas no meu relacionamento cm as pessoas e sobre compartilhar com elas independente de qualquer coisa.

Romeu & Julieta dos Menestréis / Minstrels` Romeo & Juliet

Em Dezembro de 2011 estive em cartaz com a peça Romeu & Julieta dos Menestréis, com a Carroça Cultural, no restaurante medieval Mittelalter, em Brasília (DF).
Foi minha terceira experiência como diretora e pela segunda vez me aventurei como autora teatral, costurando com poesias e danças 3 cenas do original de William Shakespeare (a cena do baile, a do balcão e a do cemitério).
Foi uma grande honra para mim dividir novamente o palco com esses amigos tão queridos da Carroça Cultural, Camila Modicoviski, Bruno Mendonça, Luana Fonteles e Emerson Dourado, irmãos nesse caminho teatral que se confunde tantas vezes com a própria vida.

In December, 2011 I was onstage with the play Menstrels`Romeo & Juliet, with the group Carroça Cultural (Culture Cart) at Mittelalter Restaurant, in Brasilia, Brazil. It was my third experience as a director and my second adventure as a playwrite, sewing with poetry and dances 3 cenes from Shakespeare`s original (ball, balcony, and graveyard). It was an honor to share the stage again with these beloved friends from Carroça Cultural: Camila Modicoviski, Bruno Mendonça, Luana Fonteles and Emerson Dourado - brothers and sisters on the theatrical path that many times gets mixed up with life itself.
