OSHO Pankaj Reveillon 2015 - Osho Pankaj New Year Retreat 2015

Meu Reveillon foi muito especial com algumas das coisas que mais amo nessa vida: música, dança, pintura, comida boa, amigos, cachoeira, amor. Mais uma vez me uni aos queridos do Osho Pankaj Centro de Meditação (www.facebook.com/osho.pankaj), a 180 km do Rio, produzindo e participando da banda que toca na Meditação da Noite, facilitando a Osho Pintura, o Mantra Meditation, a Yoga e o Heart Dance (também conhecida como Sufi Dance ou Danças Circulares) com Sw. Prakasho. Não há muito o que falar. É preciso vivenciar. É um dos meus oásis nesse mundo. E como me faz bem saber que algumas pessoas nesse mundo escolhem passar o fim de ano dessa maneira - investindo em saúde, paz de espírito, e colaboração criativa. My New Year's Eve was very special with some of the things I love most in life: music, dance, painting, great food, friends, the waterfall, and love. Again I joined the dear ones at Pankaj Osho Meditation Centre (www.facebook.com/osho.pankaj), 180 km from Rio, producing and participating in the band that plays in the Evening Meditation, facilitating the Osho Painting, Mantra Meditation, Yoga and the Heart Dance (also known as Sufi Dance or Circle Dances) with Sw. Prakasho. There is not much to talk about. One must experience. It's one of my oasis in this world. And it does me so much good to know that some people in this world choose to spend the holidays in this way - by investing in health, peace of mind, and creative collaboration. OSHO Painting Training 2014 - Osheanic, Fortaleza, Brasil

Este ano fui novamente ao Osho Painting Training com Meera Hashimoto na Osheanic International, em Fortaleza - CE. Na verdade, eu já estava lá para o Festival Holístico. Pela segunda vez integrei a equipe de assistentes (Helper Team) da mestra. É impressionante como, a cada vez que participo, o processo se aprofunda. Quando comecei, pensava..."bom, quem já fez uma vez, não entra tão facilmente nos processos psicológicos..." Ledo engano! Sinto apenas os pensamentos e emoções que nascem do contato com as pessoas e com a pintura cada vez mais fortes. Como as cores...cada vez mais vibrantes em relação às minhas primeiras pinturas com Meera. E como é importante tomar consciência dos processos...sem eles, nenhuma mudança. Sem eles, nenhuma transformação. Este ano, me pareceu também que, quanto mais silêncio faço (como Helper aprendi a deixar sempre a palavra para os participantes, e falar apenas quando solicitada), mais expressivas as telas se tornam. This year I participated once more of the Osho Painting Training with Meera Hashimoto in Osheanic International in Fortaleza - CE. In fact, I was already there for Holistic Festival. For the second time I joined the Helper Team. It's amazing how every time I participate, the process deepens. When I started, I thought ... "Well, those who`ve already did it once, don`t go so easily into psychological processes ..." Such a mistake! I just feel the thoughts and emotions that arise from the contact with people and painting getting stronger and stronger. Like the colors ... more and more vibrant compared to my first paintings with Meera. And how important it is to become aware of the processes ... without them, no change. Without them, no transformation. This year, it seemed also that the more silent I became, (as Helper learned to always leave the floor to the participants, and speak only when requested), more expressive the paintings became.
